If you’re planning to sit for an advanced modality certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), there are two main requirements:
Clinical Exams – These are completed in hospitals or other clinical environments. Each modality has its own required number of exams and repetitions.
Structured Education (Didactic Component) – This covers the academic side of preparation and must be completed through an approved provider.
