That’s why our team recently partnered with Stewart Memorial Hospital to install a Fujifilm Scenaria View 128-slice CT scanner — weeks ahead of schedule.
The Scenaria View installation began first thing in the morning, with our crew arriving on-site to start the five-day setup process. After installation, our applications team will work side-by-side with local technologists over the coming weeks to ensure they are confident and fully trained on the new system.
While today marks the visible start of the project, the planning has been in motion for weeks. Brown’s Medical Imaging coordinated closely with Stewart Memorial Hospital to ensure every detail was in place before the equipment arrived.
Stewart Memorial is preparing for a major building project this fall, which will include a new emergency department with a dedicated radiology setup. Rather than wait until construction is complete, our team suggested moving forward with the CT installation now — replacing the hospital’s existing unit and making the advanced scanner available to patients immediately.
When the new emergency department opens, the scanner will be relocated to its permanent home.
From the start, our goal was to make the transition seamless. We handled the logistics, coordinated with all stakeholders, and ensured the scanner arrived without delays. As one hospital representative shared:
