To improve patient comfort and efficiency, we installed a clinical X-ray unit directly in the orthopedic department on the lower level of the hospital. This eliminates the need for surgical patients to travel upstairs to the main radiology department, allowing them to stay close to their care team and recovery area.
Because the ortho department has a smaller imaging room, choosing a compact clinical unit was essential. The system’s space-saving design fit perfectly into the available area while still delivering the same high-quality imaging as our larger X-ray rooms.
Despite its smaller footprint, the clinical X-ray unit produces excellent image quality, ensuring physicians have the clarity they need for accurate diagnosis and post-surgical evaluation.
