Advanced CT Technology Brings Superior Imaging and Patient Comfort

A CT System Designed for Technologists and Patients

When choosing a new CT system, our team was impressed by the Scenaria View. Its 83-centimeter gantry opening and 550-pound weight capacity make it more accessible for a wider range of patients. The lateral table shift helps protect technologists’ backs by eliminating the need for manual repositioning, making patient centering easier and safer.

Outstanding Image Quality That Impresses Physicians

The image quality stood out immediately. Compared to other CT units, the Scenaria View delivered crisp, detailed images that impressed both technologists and physicians. Specialized imaging requests from doctors are now easier to perform and more readily available, expanding diagnostic capabilities.

One standout feature is advanced reformatting technology. This allows the removal of soft tissue from bone in foot and ankle scans, providing 3D visualization to detect fractures that standard X-rays might miss. The result is greater diagnostic accuracy and improved patient care.

Faster Scans, Less Patient Discomfort

Upgrading from a 16-slice to a 128-slice CT has significantly reduced scan times, creating a more comfortable experience for patients and minimizing motion artifacts for radiologists. This ensures faster, clearer results and fewer missed details.

Enhanced Cardiac Imaging Capabilities

The system also supports calcium scoring to assess plaque buildup in the heart—without IV contrast. Using ECG gating, scans are timed between heartbeats for optimal clarity. The Synapse 3D program color-codes calcium scoring results, providing precise, easy-to-read visuals.

Having this technology in-house means cardiology patients no longer need to travel elsewhere for specialized imaging. It’s a major step forward in convenience and continuity of care.

A Well-Rounded Solution for the Future

From faster scans and higher image quality to advanced cardiac imaging, the Scenaria View is a versatile, patient-friendly system that elevates diagnostic capabilities for the entire facility.
